EUROTOLL joins the Telepass & FAI Service family

Issy-Les-Moulineaux, March 28, 2022 – eurotoll joins the Telepass family and FAI Service, after Abertis has accepted their joined offer for the acquisition of eurotoll. The completion of the transaction will be effective after the legal required procedures have taken place. This operation has an important strategic value for eurotoll, which will further strengthen its position on the European Commercial Road Transport market.
